Return & Exchange
Returns are only applicable for orders made directly from our webstore.
Orders made from third parties will not be eligible for returns.
Returns are allowed for purchases made using our weekly discount codes, VIP discount and Birthday discount.
Return is only eligible within 14 days upon receiving the parcel.
Postage Charges for return parcels are borne by the buyer.
Strictly no refunds, returns for store credit only.
Store credit refund will only be credited back to the original account tagged to order number
Orders made using store credits (be it full or partial) are not applicable for returns.
Store credits has to be utilised within 6 months.
Store credits can be used in conjunction with any other discount codes.
Do take note that any order that uses reward points will be valid for exchange and return, however rewards points will not be credited back.
After receiving the confirmation email from our CS, do process the return parcel within the next 3 days.
If the parcel is process after the 14 days time frame we will have to reject the parcel.
Our CS will then email you to top up delivery fee ($3.90) to resend the return item back to you.

For exchange, there will be a fee of $3.90 (courier fee)
To exchange an item of different design, it will be charged at the original price (i.e no discount will be applied for the exchange item)
Any balance will ONLY be refunded back via store credit.
If there is any changes to the delivery information, do include inside the request.
Additional courier fee will apply if there is any failed exchange/collection after confirmation has been sent to you.
New order placed with store credits will NOT BE ELIGIBLE for return again.
Only a one-time exchange of size/colour/store credits is allowed.
The exchange has to be request and process within 14 days from the time you receive your item.
Any exchange requested after the timeframe will not be accepted.
Exchanges are only accepted after we have attended to your email. The return address will be given to you after your exchange request has been approved.
To be eligible for returns/exchanges,
the item must is in its original conditions received, packed in its original transparent packaging (Unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact, unworn). If the item does not comply with the above conditions, we have the right to reject the return or exchange.
For set purchase,
any returns of either item (e.g return of tops only or shorts only), the refunded sum will be the amount you have paid deducted by the original price of the unreturned piece.
For example, A set is $44.01 after discount, upon returning the top only, you will get :
$44.01 - $32.90 (Full price of the shorts) = $11.11 store credit
Bundle deals only for items of the same size and not valid for exchange/return
Processing time for exchanges takes up to 7 business working days (excluding weekends and PH/Eves of PH) from the day the item has been received.
Sale items and items purchased during promotional period (using festive season discount codes/flash sale discount codes) are strictly not valid for exchanges or returns. Any other promotional codes in which the terms have been stated that exchanges and returns are not allowed, are strictly not valid for exchanges or returns.
In the case of a defective/incorrect item received, please send an email to email@example.com within 7 days, attached together with a snapshot of the defect clearly. Any requested after the timeframe will not be accepted.
Our customer service will attend to you within 1-2 working days.

In the event the defect item is out of stock, refunds will be issued.
Defective items DO NOT include the following;
Placement of prints
Colour differences due to different monitors resolutions and studio/outdoor lighting
Loose threads that do not affect the overall appearance
Small scratches or slight stains
Product measurements are provided based on the best accuracy. Measurements stated on the website may vary 0.5’ to 0.75’ due to mass production.
In the case that the measurement deviation is >0.75’, the item can be exchanged for a smaller fitting. Store credits will be issued if the item is out of stock.
Refunds are strictly not allowed.
Please note that shipping charges are non-creditable.
Other reasons for returns and exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis.
