MIKAYLA reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any point in time without prior notice. Your use of the Site and purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following Terms & Conditions.

All Direct Messages/Telegram Messages pertaining to exchanges or returns will also be directed to the above email address to ensure efficient tracking.
Please allow us 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm) to respond.
Exchanges Criteria

Exchange Procedure
You will have to email us at contactus@mikayla.sg with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return within 14 days from the date you receive the parcel.
Subject: Exchange order (Your order number)
The date of receipt is based on our courier tracking record.
An exchange procedure will be sent to you if your order is eligible. Please wait for our confirmation before returning any parcel. We will not be liable for any lost mail.
After receiving the confirmation email from our customer service team, please make payment for the exchange fees promptly. Stocks will only be reserved after payment has been made and updated to our CS team.
Postage charges for exchange parcels are to be borne by the buyer.
Returns Criteria

Returns are only applicable for orders made directly via our webstore (www.mikayla.sg).

All returns will strictly be refunded via store credits. No cash refunds are allowed.

Return requests made via third parties will not be accepted.

Store credits will only be credited to the original purchasing account.

Please ensure that the return request is submitted within the stipulated time frame to ensure eligibility.

Returns are only accepted upon approval. Please refer to the return methods below.

Orders paid using full or partial store credits will not be eligible for returns.

Items must be returned in their original plastic packaging. Returns without original packaging will be rejected.

Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unscented, unaltered, and with all tags intact.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt (based on courier tracking). Any requests made beyond 14 days will be rejected.

For set purchases, returns of only one item from the set (e.g., top only or shorts only) will be refunded after deducting the full price of the item kept.
- All unclaimed or rejected return/exchange items must be claimed within 3 months. After this period, Mikayla reserves the right to dispose of the items without further notice.

Wrong Size Purchased (Regular-Priced/New Arrivals)
If you purchased the wrong size, please email us at contactus@mikayla.sg to request a return.
⚠ Do not submit the return via TikTok – any return processed through TikTok will be considered final and non-refundable.
All requests are subject to approval and must meet our return eligibility criteria. -
No Returns or Exchanges for Sale/Star Buy Items
All Sale and Star Buy items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Kindly check product details and sizing before purchasing. -
Appealed Returns via TikTok Are Forfeited
If a return is appealed and approved directly by TikTok, the item will be considered forfeited. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided. -
Final Sale Policy
All TikTok orders are final sale due to platform limitations.
No cancellations or modifications once your order is placed. -
Defective or Incorrect Item Received
Please contact us at contactus@mikayla.sg within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our CS team will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis. -
Knit Items Are Strictly Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable
Due to the nature of knit fabrics, all knit items are final sale.
We encourage customers to refer to product details and sizing before purchasing. -
Returns Will Be Processed Strictly as Store Credits Only
All approved returns will be refunded via store credits, valid for use only on our official website (www.mikayla.sg) within 6 months.
Store credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Return Procedure

Return Store Credit

Store credits must be used within 6 months from the date of issue.

Each purchase is entitled to one-time return store credit only.
If your next purchase uses return credit, it will not be eligible for another return. -
Return store credit will only be issued to the original order account.

The defect must be reported within 7 days of receipt (local and overseas).
Reports made after 7 days will not be eligible for exchange/return.
Exchange will only be provided if the item is in original condition, with tag and original packaging intact.
No exchange will be accepted if the tag has been removed, or the item is worn/washed.
If the item is no longer available, store credit will be issued instead.
We do not accept defects due to colour run, shrinking, or washing. Please hand wash all items in cold water and avoid soaking.
The following will not be considered as defects:
