Standard Delivery

- Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days.
- Processing time is 1-3 working days after payment verification.
- Courier: J&T Express.
- Tracking number will be emailed once dispatched.
Same Day Delivery
- SGD $15 for eligible Singapore orders.
- Available for in-stock items only.
- Orders before 1PM on working days are processed for same-day delivery.
- Orders after 1PM, weekends and Public Holidays are processed next working day.
- Delivered by 11PM on the scheduled delivery day.
International Order
- Rates are based on destination and parcel weight.
- Shipping charges are based on parcels up to 1.5kg.
- Malaysia: SGD $15.
- Hong Kong: SGD $30.
- Australia: SGD $45.
- Brunei: SGD $45.

- Orders placed after 1PM, on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays are processed the next working day.
- Parcels are delivered by 11PM on the scheduled delivery day.
- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
- Courier may leave the parcel at a safe location only upon customer confirmation.
- No complimentary re-delivery is provided.
- Additional postage applies for failed delivery or re-delivery.
- Orders containing preorder or backorder items are not eligible.
Restricted Areas
Same Day Delivery may not be available for restricted, secured, offshore, industrial, military, airport, port and special-access locations.

International Shipping
Shipping charges are based on parcels weighing up to 1.5kg.
- GST, taxes, duties and destination-country charges are borne by the customer.
- If an overseas shipment is lost in transit, compensation will be SGD $30 Store Credit regardless of order amount unless additional parcel insurance was purchased.
Preorder Shipping
- Preorder arrival is estimated at 6–8 weeks unless otherwise stated.
- Arrival dates are estimates and may vary due to production or shipping schedules.
- Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items dispatch only after all preorder items arrive.
- Split shipment can be requested by emailing contactus@mikayla.sg with your order number.
- Additional shipping charges may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Customers may also log in to their Mikayla account to view the latest order status.
