Product colours may vary due to photography, lighting and monitor settings. These differences are not defects.

The following are also not considered defects where they do not affect the overall appearance, functionality or wearability of the item:

• Measurement variance of up to 0.5 inch.
• Alignment variance of up to 0.5 inch.
• Different print placement on printed, ombre or tie-dye designs.
• Loose threads that can be safely trimmed.
• Minor thread pulls.
• Minor stains smaller than a Singapore 10-cent coin.
• Small specks on digital prints or linen fabrics.
• Minor imperfections on seams, lining, lace, eyelet, embroidery, mesh, buttons, chains, belts, accessories or embellishments.

All Mikayla products are independently designed and are not associated with any other brand, logo or organisation. Any resemblance is purely coincidental.

Confirmed orders cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded. This includes colour, size, design, shipping details and any other order information.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout. They cannot be applied retrospectively, and purchases made before or after a promotion are not eligible for price adjustments or refunds.

Online payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, GrabPay and Atome where available.

Preorder and Factory Live Preorder items are estimated to arrive within 6-8 weeks unless otherwise stated. Estimated dates may change due to production, shipping, customs clearance or circumstances beyond Mikayla's control.

If an order contains in-stock and preorder items, it ships only after all preorder items arrive. Customers may request split shipment by emailing contactus@mikayla.sg with their order number. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Each order is eligible for one return for Store Credit only, subject to Mikayla's Exchange & Return Policy.

All returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by the Exchange & Return Policy. Unless otherwise stated, approved refunds are issued only as Store Credit.

Orders using the First Timer Discount Code remain eligible for one return for Store Credit under the Exchange & Return Policy.

Store Credit may be issued for eligible returns and used as payment for online orders on www.mikayla.sg.

Store Credit is issued to the same account used for the original order. Customers should log in to the correct account and website.

Gift Certificates are subject to the Gift Certificate terms shown during purchase and redemption. Customers are responsible for entering accurate sender, recipient and delivery details.

Reward Points are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used with promotional or discount codes unless otherwise stated.

Refer A Friend rewards are subject to the current Refer A Friend programme terms shown on Mikayla's website. Examples are for illustration only.

Promotions and discount codes are valid only during the stated campaign period and must be applied at checkout. Mikayla may set exclusions or conditions for each promotion.

Customers must provide accurate account, order, payment, delivery and contact information so Mikayla can process orders and provide customer support.

All photos, videos, graphics, product descriptions and other content published by Mikayla remain the intellectual property of MIKAYLA SG PTE LTD. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use is prohibited, and Mikayla reserves the right to take legal action against infringement.
