How to redeem
Apply your available Store Credit during checkout in three simple steps.
Checkout as usual
Add your items to cart and proceed to checkout as per normal.
Select redeem
On the Checkout - Payment page, select the redeem button.
Credit applied
Available Store Credit is applied. If your order is lower than your credit balance, the remaining Store Credit stays in your account.
Store Credit showing as $0?
Store Credit for returns is issued to the same account that placed the order, so the balance may look empty if you are signed in elsewhere.
Check that you are logged in to the correct Mikayla account.
If you left checkout halfway, your Store Credit may be temporarily held in that order. Please check again in 30 minutes; the order will auto-cancel and the Store Credit will return to your account.
Store Credit in Singapore Dollar (S$) can only be used on www.mikayla.sg.
